Bill started in the
Real Estate business as a planning and design build
consultant in 1985 serving both residential and commercial
interests. His company Ashridge Consulting Services assisted
with projects in Ottawa, Kincardine, Ben Miller, Toronto's
prestigious Rosedale, Bobs Lake and many projects in Muskoka.
Rounding out his desire to be full service he acquired his
Real-Estate license in 1992 serving the Muskoka area until
2007. Selling his interests in Muskoka he moved to Courtland and
the home he and his wife Ann had purchased in 2004. Bill is now
a member of the "Willaert Team" and partnered with Adrienne
Groeneweg also licensed with T.L. Willaert Realty Ltd.,
Brokerage. Together they offer years of professional service
attending to all of their clients and customers Real Estate
